Not the one you’re currently thinking of, but one of these.

To tell you the truth, I’ve always liked the look of those. I’m not sure how many are still around but one might make a pretty good project car.

Looks sort of like a GTA clone car.

I never see them around and I think they made them for only 2 years.
They also have a Nascar tie-in with Petty, so every hillbilly thinks they are worth a fortune because it was “The last Mopar B-body to go racing, by God!”
But I’d still like to have one with a 318 to puts and cruise around in.

They are definitely real, they were made so that Richard Petty could keep racing with a Mopar because of a rule change or something.
Made for only 1978 and 1979, they were the last cars built on Chrysler’s B-platform

From what I know they’re kind of shit. Cool though.

I’m not doubting that they’re real, haha. I was saying that they look like the combination cars from GTA games.

Unfortunately, everything in 1979 was kind of shit.
But hey, it’s a Mopar B-body that actually has front and rear sway bars. It might have some potential if you stiffen things up and drop a good small block in there.

Agreed. I’ve always thought they were pretty cool looking.

Kind of a bunch of late 70s and early 80s styling tropes mixed into one car.

Something about the headlight covers just looks cool to me.

Just remember malaise era cars have a bad rep for very good reasons.I know the Magnum 440 engine can sort of blind a person to that fact.

Yeah, same here. I think they look especially kick ass in black, like the second one you pictured. And T-Tops on some!

The front end reminds me of the ‘85 Ford LTD a bit.

I’d totally rock an Aspen/Volare Super Coupe, especially in that burnished bronze of the second one pictured, and with the wheels off the right red one in the third picture.

If I had a chance at one, it would have to look like this one. Exactly like this one.

Even King Richard couldn’t make the Cordoba Charger fast. Magnum was built to keep him in the Chrysler camp. It’s basically a malaise-era Superbird.

Love the headlights. I’d rock it.
wouldn’t mind one of these either. Especially an 08 SRT8.
